As a Technical Support Engineer at Zip-Up, you'll help customers maximize their use of our scaffolding and lift products. Your expertise will give clients the support they need to implement and maintain Zip-Up solutions, ensuring smooth project execution.
You will troubleshoot issues, offer technical advice, and collaborate with sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Your product knowledge will allow you to solve technical challenges, provide usage guidance, and assist with installation and configuration. You'll engage with clients across various industries, helping them overcome technical obstacles with clear, practical solutions.
